Shawn is one of the most incredible designers I have ever come across. Working closely with him on my website over the past two months was a highly enjoyable experience. In all my dealings with many designers, very few can match his talent, expertise, and work ethics. Wonderful as it was to receive updates and engage in discussions on what immediately became a strictly daily basis, where I was never left hanging in doubt or suspicion, I can't think of any one else who would have had the insight nor patience to really capture what my work is about, and create what is essentially an online home for my most select paintings.
This is an exciting start to the new year. Thank you, Shawn, for making this happen

Do you think people change?
Had an interesting discussion with Keith the other day while we were driving to get our dim sum fix.
I have come to... kind of understand that people don't really "change", it's just that I hope we do. We learn and adapt so as to avoid running into the same problematic or painful scenarios. I guess we become more experienced, but it doesn't "change" us, as in we don't become "better" or "worse" people because of it.
... confusing. I do tend to over-complicate things, as my husband accurately puts it. We can try to find reasons for everything and form all sorts of hypotheses and philosophies when in the end it's all very simple.
Like me feeling at a deep loss right now because I want Takoyaki, which are street stall octopus balls grilled in batter, covered with bonito flakes and a drizzling of okonomiyaki sauce and ponzu... yet there are none to be had, because Vegas is really not as cool as most people think
in terms of food anyway.I WISH MY CATS HAD WALKIE-TALKIES.
