As per request, this is how I make my Udon for breakfast on most mornings.   Many thanks to my husband Keith for making the video, and to our kitties Chiko and Perry for providing side entertainment

Keith's American-ness is contaminating my beautiful accent :( I am working hard to keep it.

Anyway thank you for watching, and enjoy!

omg maggi seasoning is so good, especially on eggs, you're right. Although I do like my marmite...

hmmm.... i must confess i've never had marmite tho'... its not readily available here in Malaysia except in shops catering to expats and even then only a select few....

y'know, i actually typed 'maggi'in wikipedia and it turns out it was originally started in Switzerland by a guy named Julius Maggi... i had gone through my whole life thinking it was an asian brand lol... kinda destroyed a little of the mystique for me lol... but i still love it :D

ive had beef with XO sauce once :). loved it but for some reason i never order it again... i tend to gravitate towards seafood whenever i go to chinese restaurants

Shrimp toss-fried in XO sauce is divine too ;) in fact ANYTHING tastes better with XO sauce, even ramen.
