" The colours, the details, texture, the feel, the composition... and I could type for ages to tell you what makes this piece so amazing... But if you really want to know, look for yourself! And what are the ingredients to make this piece?: Oils, mud, and blood. "

Description

18 x 36 inches
Oils, mud, and blood on canvas
Close-up details
Digital version, brought to life

This is probably the most violent I've ever been with a painting; mercilessly rubbing dirt everywhere, splattering mud and blood, and raking the "walls" with my nails.   No better way of doing things in this case and many, than being straightforward.

By the way, the Kanji represents "humiliation".   Or rather, the gist of it.

Enjoy, and thank you for looking

I am glad I looked at this one again. It is different from your more recent artworks. But I think it represents an essence amid abstraction. It is fascinating.
